Investor Relations Associate Director / Director

• Pre-IPO Capital Market Preparation

1. Investor Mapping & Strategy: Conduct comprehensive analysis of the secondary market investor landscape. Develop a detailed investor map, build a target database encompassing long-only funds and specialized biotech funds, and formulate a phased outreach and communication strategy.

2. Meeting & Roadshow Management: Efficiently coordinate and schedule meetings, non-deal roadshows, and investment summit presentations for the CEO and CFO.

3. Investment Narrative Development: Lead the creation of an investment storyline and roadshow strategy. Deeply analyze and translate our R&D pipeline, technology platform, and business strategy into a compelling equity story.

4. Core Material Development: Independently author, refine, and perfect all roadshow materials, including but not limited to CEO/CFO speech scripts, investor presentations, and Q&A documents. This position requires a proven and extensive track record of successful roadshow material development and execution.

• Post-Listing Investor Relations Management

1. Periodic Reporting & Disclosure: Lead and assist in the preparation of the IR sections for annual reports, interim reports, and quarterly filings, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance.

2. Cross-functional Collaboration & Communication: Act as the central hub, coordinating with ESG, Finance, R&D, Commercial, and Legal teams to ensure consistency, timeliness, and professionalism in all external communications (including financial reports, ESG reports, major R&D milestones, and business development updates).

3. Relationship Management & Outreach: Proactively manage ongoing relationships with existing investors and analysts through regular updates, conference calls, and one-on-one meetings, responding to inquiries promptly and professionally.

4. Media Relations: Handle all investor-related media inquiries and take on part of the PR functions to maintain a consistent corporate brand image in the capital markets.

5. Market Intelligence: Continuously monitor the company's stock performance and trading activity, analyze peer performance and industry trends, and provide valuable market feedback and strategic recommendations to the internal
