Investment Analyst/Associate - USD Mega Fund

Our client is seeking a Associate/Analyst (title depends on previous experience) for investment team. This individual will function as an integral member of the team and will support and assist an experienced team of investment.

职责描述

Financial modelling, due diligence and negotiation for investment opportunities, supporting transaction execution
Market sizing and cost analysis for business development projects
Valuation and return analysis, preparation of investment committee materials
Facilitation of legal documentations drafting
Regular portfolio management matters including management interview, financial review, corporate governance discussion, etc.
Engagement of investment exit, including initial public offering and trade sale opportunities

理想的求职者

Great education background.

1 to 4 years of experience in Private Equity, investment banking.
Strong presentation and communication skills, fluent in Chinese and English with excellent English writing skills
Sophisticated financial modelling and valuation skills
Good commercial sense, detailed orientated
