Product Development and Implementation:

• Have the ability to lead the team in product development, ensuring a smooth transition from concept to actual application.
  
• Guide developers to understand the product concept during the development process to ensure the product meets business needs.
  

Cross-Departmental Collaboration:

• Work closely with personnel from various product and business lines to meet the high demands of the business.
  
• For example, in patient management, develop applications to meet patient needs while considering patient feedback to adjust product strategies, such as obtaining information through phone calls.
  

Team Management and Development:

• Under human resource constraints, guide developers to understand the product concept and enhance their product development capabilities.
  
• Flexibly adjust team structure and work priorities based on the company's resource situation.
