Manage the industrialization projects and make sure all the deliverables on time.2. Assure information consistency and clear path across technical dossiers/products/suppliers.3. Work with potential technology suppliers with the aim to leverage productions capabilities.4. Support manufacturing team from technical standpoint in making drawing and or suggestion on the mold and machine construction.5. Support the teams cross regions and functions proposing new tests method, procedures, controls methods for product under development which are moving in the industrialization phase The Successful Applicant 1. Degree in mechanical, tooling, medical engineering or equivalent experience.2. Knowledge of injection molding and assembly processes is essential3. Working experience in medical device or upstream medical device production equipments industry with R&D or technical positions.4. Multinational culture environment experience or overseas working experience are highly appreciated5. Knowledge of ISO Norm, GMP, FDA requirements and Medical Device Guidelines will be a plus.6. Software skills in Solidworks.
