The candidate is to deliver the consultancy services covering people issues, performance management, talent development & succession planning, critical employee relationship issues.
Key Activities and Responsibilities:
* As a HR business partner based in shanghai Plant to support about over 3000 people with different business units.
* Advises on practices related to workforce planning and recruitment, leadership development, talent development and training, performance management and compensation reviews, career and succession, and organizational effectiveness.
* Re-directs business line managers to appropriate sources for query resolution, like existing knowledge base, CoEs, Share Services.
* Drive employee engagement and change management activities.
* Initiate or participate in other key people agendas and initiatives within the company and Business Unit as necessary.
Competences, Skills and Qualification:
* Minimum 8 years human resources work experience, preferable in Business HR function, or Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, HR Operations, Employee Relations;
* Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources or related professional science;
* Self-motivated, passionate to work and dedicated to continuous improvement and growth;
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and diverse stakeholders in highly dynamic environment;
* Independent but a team player;
* Good communication skill & mature interpersonal skills;
* Highly customer oriented thinking & project management skills
