As the HRBP Senior Manager - APAC, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic HR initiatives to support our fast-growing operations across the region. Job Description

  • HR Strategy & Business Partnering
    • Act as a strategic advisor to APAC business core management team, aligning HR strategies with business goals.
    • Partner with country HR teams to ensure consistent and effective HR delivery across the region.
  • HR Operations &ProcessOptimization
    • Lead the enhancement and standardization of HR operational processes across APAC.
    • Drive digital HR transformation initiatives to improve efficiency and employee experience.
  • Compensation &BenefitsHarmonization
    • Collaborate with global and regional C&B teams to harmonize compensation structures and benefits programs across APAC countries.
    • Ensure compliance with local regulations while maintaining internal equity and competitiveness.
  • L&D & Talent Management
    • Design and implement leadership development programs to strengthen mid-management capabilities.
    • Support succession planning and talent pipeline development for critical roles.
  • Organizational Development & Change Management
    • Lead organizational design and change initiatives to support business growth and transformation.
    • Foster a high-performance culture through effective engagement and retention strategies.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a regional HRBP or HR leadership role.
  • Proven experience in HR operations, C&B harmonization, and leadership development in a multinational environment.
  • Strong understanding of APAC labor markets and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
