Key role within HR department
- An well-known MNC company with its headquarter in Chengdu city
* Fully understand Company and human resources strategy, and drive for realization;
* Build up effective HR partnership with function leaders and employees to ensure BU and key Projects success through support;
* Engagement in human resources full modules scope such as organization chart/job design, recruitment, performance management, training, C&B , ER , etc.
* HR work cycle management including but not limited to R&R definition, recruitment, on boarding process, on-job performance evaluation, salary adjustment , off boarding process management etc.
* Provide HR consultancy to employees or management regarding job related problems, company policies, procedures and disciplinary actions including warnings/ terminations;
* Authority：Independently working with minimal supervision in all HR related activities.
* Education Required：A bachelor's degree or above with majoring in BA, Labor Relations, HR, Psychology, or related disciplines.
