职责描述

1. Lead end-to-end HR setup for Shanghai HQ and future manufacturing facilities (policy design, payroll system implementation, compliance framework)

2. Partner with global HR team to localize talent strategies for China's heavy equipment/industrial automation market

3. Build employer branding from scratch, targeting engineering and technical profiles etc.

4. Design scalable workforce planning models for rapid business ramp-up phases.

5. Act as cultural ambassador to align global culture with local talent practices.

理想的求职者

1. Bachelor's degree or above in HR/management / Phychology etc.

2. 5-10 years HRBP experience in heavy industries (e.g. construction machinery, power transmission, automotive,gas, oil).

3. Expertise in labor law compliance and union negotiations within manufacturing contexts.

4. Experience in establishing factories or offices from the ground up is preferred.

5. Fruent English both in spoken and written.
