Provide HR consulting to business departments, including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations. Drive organisational development and talent management programs to cultivate and develop key talents. Manage employee relations, resolve labor disputes, and maintain a positive working atmosphere. Monitor and analyse HR data to support business decision-making. Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with laws and regulations, and are consistent with company culture. Respond to organisational changes and provide expertise in change management. Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess the impact of changes and develop communication and deployment plans. Key HR projects: excellent line management deployment, first-stage deployment and second-stage development of the career ladder. Work with HR shared services and CoE teams to carry out employee life cycle activities. 理想的求职者 Bachelor's degree or above in HR management or related fields. At least 5 years of HR work experience, with a background in the FMCG industry preferred. Familiarity with various modules of HR management, and strategic thinking and business insight. Excellent communication and influence skills, able to establish good relationships with employees at all levels. Good data analysis and problem-solving skills. Ability to remain and adaptable in a fast-paced and changing work environment.
