Line Manager is very senior and professional.

1. Maintain an effective training and development system.
2. Implement orientation and on-boarding programs for new employees.
3. Collect training needs and give suggestions based on solid analysis to HR manager.
4. Develop training strategy to assist employees in job growth and ensure their success in fulfilling their assignments.
5. Establish tracking mechanism for monitoring results of all training activities to ensure cost-effective and high quality training results.
6. Help assure attractiveness and the professionalism of talent development system through career paths, and other means.
7. As a site MBM culture guider and provide support to MBM team to execute related training initiatives, projects and assignments.
1. College or above graduation with Human Resources Management, Administration Management and related background.
2. Minimum 3 years experience as HR Specialist covering HR functions of recruitment, training in MNC, previous operation& plant experience will be preferred.
3. Positive, initiative, result-oriented and team work.
4. Able to take multi-task with high pressure, reliable work quality, proactive working style.
5. Good interpersonal and cross function collaboration skills.
6. Professional MS Office skill.
7. Good command of written and verbal English.
