职责描述

  • HR Process Execution & Compliance
    • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees in your region (China), ensuring compliance with local tax laws, labor regulations, and statutory requirements.
    • Handle onboarding/offboarding processes, including contract preparation, system access, benefits enrollment, and exit procedures.
    • Maintain accurate employee records and audit data regularly.
  • Talent Acquisition Partnership
    • Work with recruiting teams to facilitate seamless hiring workflows, including background checks, offer letter generation, and pre-employment documentation.
    • Employer branding efforts and candidate engagement initiatives to attract fitble talent.
  • Employee Engagement & Policy Management
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll discrepancies.
    • Assist in implementing and communicating global HR programs while adapting practices to local needs.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Identify and drive process improvements to enhance HR service delivery, leveraging automation tools where possible.
    • Contribute to cross-regional projects such as compensation benchmarking, performance management.

理想的求职者

A successful candidate should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 3-7 years working experiences of hands-on HR operations experience, preferably within fast-scaling tech companies or multinational corporations.
  • Strong foundational HR knowledge in payroll administration, compliance, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Fluency in Mandarin, and English (written must, spoken preferred) to liaise with global stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a high-growth, cross-cultural environment.
