保存工作 返回搜索结果 职责描述 摘要 类似职位 Domestic new start up,big space to develop HR overal cover ,report to HK HR head 关于我们的客户 My client is one of the world's leading professional services businesses, bringing together the people across our 26 offices, to meet all your legal services needs globally. 职责描述 Graduate recruitment * Develop the graduate recruitment programme in conjunction with the graduate recruitment team * Manage the application pipeline and the recruitment process for the graduate programme, including but not limited to job posting, CV screening, interview arrangement and offer extension * Act as the go-to person for candidates to provide application advice * Plan and design strategy to promote the graduate programme * Build relationship and liaise with local universities for arranging on-campus/virtual recruitment events * Coordinate with external branding agency to develop marketing campaign on social media such as WeChat * Work with partners to make graduate offers and provide advice where necessary * Assist in the qualification process and ensure compliant to local regulatory requirements * Manage graduate recruitment budget and assist in the budgeting process HR Operations * Management of regulatory processes and administrative processes necessary to ensure the lawyers and employees have the right to practise and work in the office, including but not limited to assistance in obtaining and renewing practicing certificates for lawyers, applying for good standing certificates for lawyers, liaising with Ministry of Justice to ensure staffs are complying with their most updated regulatory * Coordinate the on-boarding process and arrange induction sessions for new joiners * Ensure all the new joiners are enrolled in relevant benefits schemes * Keeping adequate staffs' record including but not limited to personal data, annual leave, etc. * Update personal data on HR system (HR.net)/ spreadsheet. * Maintain both physical and electronic filing of HR documents and accuracy of HR system data * Manage leaver administration process including exit interviews * Work with the HRM on talent assessment, salary review process and bonus awards * Provide staff with general HR policy advice * Regularly catch up with employees in offices to act as a bridge between employees and management, escalating concerns as necessary, and providing support to employees * Support mobility/transfer cases * Provide support and work closely with internal D&I committees and networks to build and maintain employee engagement in relation to diversity * Support Head of HR, HR Managers and Senior HR Advisors with cyclical events and HR projects (as required) * Find ways to continually improve our processes * Support Recruiting team with recruitment of lawyers and business services staff * Positive feedback from Partners, Managers and HRM that HR activities are well managed * Builds and maintains internal and external working relationships effectively * Considers input from other teams when making decisions and works co-operatively to achieve the outcomes * Supports different points of view and treats others respectfully * Tailors communication to the situation * Owns actions and decisions, accepts responsibility when things go wrong * Owns and drives tasks, programs and projects in a timely manner to completion * Keeps HRM's appropriately 'in the loop' and obtains guidance where necessary * Complies with relevant rules and regulations in accordance with the requirements for this role 理想的求职者 * Tertiary qualification in Human Resources/related discipline or equivalent experience * 3-5 years' HR experience, preferably with graduate recruitment experience within a legal or professional services firm * Strong attention to detail and organisational skills * Comfortable operating autonomously on an agreed plan * Confident interacting with people at all levels of the organisation * Experience in managing multiple stakeholders * Networks and builds positive and genuine working relationships internally and externally * Strong client services focus, whilst maintaining confidentiality * Strong team ethic, able to work collaboratively in a team * Effective planning, scheduling, prioritisation and time management skills 薪酬待遇 Big Margin to cover Beijing office,report to Greater HR Head 联系 Angela Zhao 职位编号 4212609 联系电话 +86 10 5969 0445 职位概要 职位类别 人力资源 子类别 行政专员/助理 行业 商业服务 地区 北京市 工作类型 全职 顾问名字 Angela Zhao 顾问电话号码 +86 10 5969 0445 职位编号 4212609
