Job Description

  • Oversee all financial operations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
  • Provide accurate financial reporting and analysis to key stakeholders.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Lead and mentor the accounting and finance team to achieve performance goals.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to drive financial decision-making.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks to safeguard the organisation's assets.
  • Evaluate and improve financial systems and processes for efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • A strong educational background in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent.
  • Extensive experience in financial management within the consumer industry, expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in global wide, oversea work experience is a must
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, fluent English skills is a must.
