职责描述

1. Strategic Planning & Execution
- Develop mid-to-long-term market strategies and annual business plans for the U.S., ensuring alignment with global corporate goals.
- Lead the launch of the first [3-5] high-efficiency satellite kitchens and establish standardized operational processes.

2. Operational System Development
- Build and optimize supply chain and IT systems to ensure an order fulfillment rate ≥95%, supporting scalable business expansion.
- Oversee site operational efficiency improvements.

3. Business Model Validation & Optimization
- Continuously refine products, pricing, and service models through data analysis and market feedback to enhance profitability and user experience.
- Explore localization partnerships (e.g., channel partners, suppliers) to reduce costs and strengthen market competitiveness.

4. Team Building & Management
- Recruit and establish a local core team , including key leaders in operations, supply chain, and marketing.
- Foster cross-departmental collaboration and align team culture with performance goals.

5. Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with U.S. laws and regulations (e.g., food safety, labor policies) to mitigate operational risks.
- Monitor market competition and adjust strategies proactively to address challenges.

理想的求职者

- 10+ years of experience in F&B, retail, or internet industries, with 5+ years in overseas business management (U.S. market preferred).
- Expertise in supply chain management, scalable operations, and team building, with proven ability to scale businesses from 0 to 1.
- Data-driven mindset, skilled in driving results through OKR methodology.
- Fluent in English and Chinese, adaptable to cross-cultural work environments.
