Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware, software, and manufacturing, to ensure smooth integration and optimization of system components. Perform risk analysis and mitigation planning to ensure the robustness and reliability of our systems. Drive innovation and improvement in system architectures and designs. Provide technical leadership and mentoring to the team, ensuring a positive work environment and talent development. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and quality assurance requirements. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in automotive systems engineering. Extensive knowledge and experience in system-level design, development, and validation of automotive components, particularly in the areas of interior HMI, digital keys, and battery power management. Proven ability to lead and manage a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and mentoring. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex systems and identify solutions. Excellent communication skills, both in English and Chinese, to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of automotive industry standards and regulations, as well as quality assurance methodologies. Familiarity with relevant software tools and simulation environments for systems engineering.
