With a strong presence in the global market, we are now expanding operations in China and seeking a dedicated Sales candidate for the East China Region to drive business forward. 职责描述 As the Sales Manager for the East China Region, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and establishing strong relationships with designers, architects, and other industry professionals within the hospitality and high-end residential sectors. Your expertise in selling interior building materials, combined with your extensive network, will be crucial in expanding our market share and enhancing our brand reputation in the region.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets for high-end interior building materials within the hospitality and residential sectors. Identify and target potential customers, including hotels, restaurants, luxury villas, and other high-end properties. Establish and maintain strong relationships with designers, architects, and other key decision-makers in the industry. Manage and expand your network to generate leads and close deals. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional activities tailored to the East China market. Provide regular sales reports and insights to the management team, highlighting market trends and opportunities. 理想的求职者 Proven experience in selling construction material products, preferably with a focus on interior design for hospitality and high-end residential projects. MUST HAVE: A well-established network with designers, architects, and other industry professionals in the East China region. A hands-on approach to sales, combined with excellent teamwork skills and the ability to motivate and lead a team. Basic English communication skills are acceptable, but proficiency in Mandarin and local dialects is essential for effective communication with clients and team members. A self-starter with a strong sense of initiative, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for the interior design and construction industry.
