Job Description Key Responsibilities: * Strategic Leadership:Define and execute the global QA strategy aligned with product, engineering, and regulatory objectives. Build and scale quality processes that support rapid product iteration while maintaining high reliability. * Team Management & Organization Design:Lead, mentor, and grow a global QA team (~200 professionals) across multiple functions: manual QA, automation, performance, security, and compliance testing. Optimize team structure for speed, coverage, and scalability. * Quality Engineering & Automation:Drive adoption of modern test automation frameworks, CI/CD practices, and quality engineering metrics across all products and services. The Successful Applicant Required Qualifications: * 10+ years of experience in software quality assurance, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing large, distributed QA teams. * Proven success in QA for financial services, high-frequency trading platforms, or other mission-critical real-time systems. * Deep understanding of test automation, CI/CD pipelines, performance engineering, and architectures. * Strong familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC2, ISO27001) and QA's role in regulated environments. * Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational change management skills. * Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, globally distributed team environment.
