保存工作 返回搜索结果 职责描述 职位概要 类似职位 global investment firm high-quality assets 关于我们的客户 global investment firm, with high-quality assets in China 职责描述 Responsible for the daily operational management of commercial real estate portfolio in China Monitor the delivery of the asset portfolio budgets and asset business plans and ensure Operating Assets, Management Contracts and Asset Business Plans are on cost and on budget Review asset performance and drive various initiatives / plans to enable execution of Asset Management activities Manage the asset valuation process by reviewing and analysing financial and non-financial aspects of the asset Develop the budgets, strategies and manage the execution of initiatives for Operating Assets, Management Contracts, Asset Enhancement and Asset Business Plans to maximise portfolio efficiency and financial performance Review market conditions, economic factors and asset parameters to identify impact to property valuation Make recommendation on structure leases, boost rental and non-rental incomes while containing costs, grow / maximise property capital value and to ensure portfolio remains investment grade Oversee and monitor capital expenditure, including the planning and execution of renovation/property maintenance programs Monitor and oversee revenue drivers, occupancy levels, operating expenses 理想的求职者 15-20 year experience in commercial real estate or property fund. With Degree in Finance, Investment or Real Estate. CFA or CPA qualifications a bonus. Experience in managing operating assets from both financial and property management perspectives. Proficiency in finance-modelling and managing asset enhancement plans is required. Outstanding organisational, time management and planning skills in order to cope with multiple large-scale responsibilities.
