Air China, and Ctrip to achieve their full potential abroad.
With over 12 years of operational experience accumulated in China, UK and US, Westwin is focusing on strategic consulting, search engine marketing, inbound/outbound advertisement and various e-commerce solutions. The company is looking to further develop their China presence by hiring a Senior Sales Manager, leading the Outbound Sales team in Shanghai office.

As a China Business Development Manager you would be expected to develop the existing business and client base in the target territory. A key responsibility of this role is to identify and exploit new emerging business opportunities and services in the region.
More specific responsibilities of Business Development specialist will include:
- Focus on branding/marketing consulting and execution for overseas and Chinese companies/businesses (inbound and outbound);
- Contribute to the department's annual sales growth and achieve company's sales target;
- Cover market channel development, implementation and completion of the company's project;
- Increase sales volume according to the company's marketing strategy, and actively reach the other expected deliverables;
- Independently handle consulting, quotation, negotiation of contract terms and contract signing with customers;
- Coordinate and supervise the operations of various functional departments of the company during the execution of the contract;
- Maintain good communication with customers, understand their needs and deliver high quality service with initiative, enthusiasm and personal satisfaction;
Successful candidate profile should include:
- 7+ years of experience and Digital Advertising Sales;
- Successful experience in brand and market strategy consultancy and new business development;
- Solid Inbound / Outbound brand and marketing experience;
- High passion for sales work, good stress resistance and ability to handle the problems;
- Advanced communication skills, ability to quickly analyse, adjust and create the solution. Experience in project coordination;
- Extrovert, open, willing to communicate and be a part of the team;
- Fluent in both Chinese and English;
Key Skills & Experience
- New Business development;
- Knowledge of bidding business process, ideally experience in dealing with government procurement projects.
- Ability to handle large, high-end key accounts, including SOE, ministries and well as big MNCs, based on the company's product features and advantages.
