Job Description 1. Market Strategy & Industry Analysis, Strategic Communication & Product ManagementAnalyze trends in the adhesive tape industry to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.Develop market expansion strategies, oversee product positioning, pricing systems, and channel distribution strategies.Research and analyze competitor, formulate competitive strategies, find customer needs, and optimize pricing and differentiated product solutions.Design brand communication strategies, coordinate online and offline promotional campaigns (e.g., industry exhibitions, technical seminars), and enhance brand visibility, awareness, influence and market share.Collaborate with global strategy teams to establish the Lohmann China strategic framework and manage strategic projects.Ensure clear communication of corporate strategic objectives across departments and drive cross-functional collaboration.Manage external relationships (e.g., media, government partnerships etc.), develop PR strategies, and maintain corporate image.Coordinate R&D, production, and sales teams to accelerate new product development.Optimize product management, including maintenance and enhancement of product information.2. Business Development & Key Customer SelectionFormulate short- and long-term business expansion plans to drive sales growth and market share.Lead key account development, establish strategic partnerships, and design customized solutions. Responsible for the selection, admission, management and cultivation of key customers, as well as the discovery, screening, cooperation and management of strategic partners in the industry.Ensure Lohmann's products are specified by customers, taking full responsibility for Spec-in to secure the company's product inclusion in end clients' approved vendor lists and technical drawings across key industries, such as: AT: CATL, BYD, TESLA, United Automotive Electronic, Yanfeng, CherryCE: Longcheer, Transsion, Samsung, LG, Bosch(automotive electronics)GI: Midea, Haier, BSH, Caterpillar, Sinocare, Yuwell, Tetra Pak, Amcor3. Distributor & Pricing ManagementIdentify quality distributor and ensure distributor development, evaluation and relationship maintenance.Monitor distributor activities to ensure alignment with corporate strategies and expectations.Develop pricing strategies based on cost structures, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes, balancing profitability and market share objectives while enhancing price competitiveness.4. Fully support the work of NEA General Manager. Complete special/specialized projects assigned by the company for cross-departmental cooperation. Other tasks assigned by the management team.
