Head of IT and Digital Transformation

* Establish an overall ICT technology vision, strategy and roadmap that aligns business model, processes, IT platforms and solutions with 's Sustainable Success with Customers strategy with focus on China (aligned to global technology vision and strategy)
* Establish and oversee development portfolio, resourcing, budgets, plans, policies, processes and programs that will effectively implement the objectives and priorities set by the China business strategy
* Create an environment and operating model that enables the achievement of all important development programs as well as architecture, quality and safety objectives (, aligned with overall KTI, IT and KW operating model)
* Liaise with China business units, functions and units to ensure successful implementation of China strategy.
* Is responsible for China stakeholder governance and accountable to constantly maintain and monitor delivery and operational KPI's to ensure correct elvel business satisfaction levels.
* Set and monitor the performance of IT team in China against business, quality, safety, security and architecture targets.
* Develop and owns Demand Management, Development Management, Service Management, Technology Management, Architecture and Security Management operating models for China.
* Lead, guide, evaluate, and develop a high performing technology team in / for China strategy execution and operation stability.
* Establish and oversee budgets, plans, policies that will effectively maintain China IT technology landscape. Anticipate growing need of requirements and proactively pursuing opportunities on effectively integrating them into established service support models and optimizing the China IT run costs.
* Develop and manages 's ICT technology and development partner supplier base for China together with Sourcing (and aligning to global IT partner and technology strategy) to maximize the business benefits of ICT investments and to actively identify business threats and opportunities.
* Share and align China business and technology requirements with relevant global technology units, architecture principles and strategies.
