Responsible for observing industry technology trends, formulating and implementing business group R&D strategies, drive research on new technologies and platforms, and building R&D capabilities to ensure that the technology roadmap is highly aligned with the overall business goals of the company.2. Responsible for planning and matching customer product lines and technology roadmaps, responsible for the transformation of technical achievements in customer projects, outputting high-quality technical deliverables to customer R&D teams and enhancing technical competitiveness.3. Based on business planning, responsible for establishing a research and development team that is suitable for business needs, meeting business development needs, and supporting the achievement of business group objectives.4. Undertake and execute the company's product development process and be responsible for the quality of R&D related activities in the developed project development plan.5. Responsible for modular technology, various component standard selection libraries, and universal technology platforms for company product development, improving product design efficiency and cost optimization, and enhancing research and development quality.6. Responsible for continuously optimizing the R&D process, summarizing and refining the experience and lessons learned in product development, accumulating and forming smart assets with core competitiveness, and protecting and utilizing them.7. Responsible for the research and development of key product technologies and the cultivation of overall architecture capabilities, responsible for the improvement of overall R&D core capabilities and long-term competitiveness, continuously enhancing competition in overall machine solutions, quality, cost, and efficiency, and building a high level R&D team. The Successful Applicant A successful R&D professional should have:1. Bachelor's degree or above, master's degree preferred.2. 10 years+ R&D experience, 5 years+ experience in managing R&D teams in the consumer electronics industry.3. Excellent cross departmental coordination skills and team management, proficient in the entire product development process.4.
