Responsible for the timely and accurate reporting and analysis, both written and oral, of financial and associated business information to internal, external, and regulatory constituencies, ensuring accuracy, compliance. Establish and enhance financial internal control systems and corporate governance processes. Manage relationships with auditors, legal counsel, regulators, and financial institutions. Assist the CEO in strategic planning, valuation, interfacing with the investment community, specifically working with institutional investors, research analysts, investment bankers and corporate partners. 理想的求职者 Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. CPA, ACCA, HKICPA, or equivalent professional qualification is highly preferred. Minimum 10 years of progressive financial management experience, including at least 3 years as Finance Director or above, within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry. Prior experience in an investment bank or auditing background is advantageous. In-depth knowledge of HKFRS/IFRS and PRC GAAP. Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese. Strong strategic thinking, project management, and team leadership skills, capable of driving results under pressure.
