Job Description

Lead APAC CRM strategies and drive omni-channel initiatives

  • Act as a regional CRM function, support local markets for building consumer journey & customer segmentation, and adopt the global guidelines.
  • Partner with global CRM, data, and IT teams to localize and support the implementation of local CRM tools, platforms, and processes across APAC markets.
  • Collaborate with local marketing, retail, and e-commerce teams to ensure integrated customer journeys and consistent O2O.
  • Build the foundation of monitoring & analyzing CRM performance metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement and ROI across campaigns and programs.
  • Support markets in executing CRM campaigns and loyalty programs, offering strategic and operational guidance & lead training and knowledge-sharing sessions to elevate CRM capabilities across APAC teams. (1st party data & 3rd data market both)



Build APAC media strategies and advocate for APAC support

  • Secure adoption and localization in the region of Brand Media Guidelines and provide the foundation for Media basics.
  • Support markets in their performance media strategies for driving growth to our DTCs and third parties by leveraging media (including DTC Media operations, retail media and other media operations with retailers)
  • Leverage Global Media & tech Partners for them to provide APAC adapted services and close other APAC Regional partnerships when needed
  • Manage full-funnel consumer engagement and enable local teams' planning & performance improvement.
  • Develop annual regional media plans with budget tiers tailored to fragrance moments, gifting periods and monitor KPIs

The Successful Applicant

  • 10-15+ years in consumer engagement, CRM, or related fields, ideally within luxury, beauty, or FMCG sectors
  • Experience in regional team and cross-functional projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Master's preferred.
  • Fluency in English; additional APAC languages is a plus
  • Experience in CRM platforms, data analytics, and omni-channel marketing
  • Strong understanding of APAC Consumer trends and media landscape
