Job Description

Purpose of the role:*The HK and Mainland Sourcing Hub is designed to improve efficiency and effectiveness of delivery to certain markets in Hong Kong and eventually Mainland China.
*A successful Sourcing Hub will deliver a timely and cost-effective service, whilst driving productivity of the Operations Teams it serves.
*Target markets include fast turn-around, high-volume work, as well as high demand, low supply markets, particularly technical markets. Longer term, this team may also support our China Global activity.
*Work with Operations Teams to develop clear goals/mission for the hub, as well as sourcing strategies and processes that deliver a sustained flow of relevant candidates.
*Responsible for hiring, training, development, and retention of team members, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the hub's purpose and mission, strategy, and processes.
*Structure, coach/mentor and manage the team to deliver optimal recruiting results for single or multiple projects
*Consult and build relationships with all stakeholders to understand internal and external customer needs.
*Continually drive operational excellence to deliver improved speed and accuracy, to provide a competitive advantage, freeing up the Ops Teams to focus on more Client engagement.
*Regular communication with all stakeholders to ensure the hub is working effectively, constantly review the Hub's operational direction and priorities
*Keep abreast of b-est practices and industry trends to ensure the b-est talent pipelines are in place for our/our clients future needs.

*Strong organisational skills and able to conceptualise processes and systems.
*Strong analytical and quantitative skills, able to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, able to make recommendations and drive actions.
*Proficiency in problem solving, issue-resolution, multitasking, and working in a deadline-driven environment.
*Fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
