Compliance and Standards Integration: Ensure rigorous compliance with both company and statutory policies, streamlining and integrating finance standards and processes across subsidiaries. Business Continuity and Risk Management: Develop and regularly update business continuity processes and contingencies. Manage financial risks comprehensively, safeguarding the organisation's assets and financial health. Strategic Initiatives and Global Business Implementation: Spearhead the effective implementation and advancement of global business systems within Greater China. Facilitate and support key business meetings, including Board of Directors meetings of JVs, acting as a critical stakeholder in strategic discussions and board process. Budgeting and Financial Performance Management: Formulate budgets in line with business performance and growth requirements. Drive revenue generation and control expenditures to achieve budgeted contributions and margins. Maintain vigilance over revenue and profit performance, and provide strategic direction, advice, and recommendations to ensure financial objectives and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) are met.
