To further strengthen its market position in China and deepen its cooperation with government agencies, industry associations, and key stakeholders, it is now inviting outstanding individuals with profound experience in government affairs and public relations to join its team as the Public Affairs & Government Relations Manager. 职责描述 Policy Analysis & Interpretation: Closely monitor domestic and international industry policy developments, conduct in-depth analysis of their impact on company operations, and provide policy-based decision support and risk assessment reports for the company. Policy Advocacy & Industry Standard Setting: Actively participate in the formulation of industry standards, promote policies favorable to the company's development, and effectively communicate the company's position to government departments to optimize the policy environment. High-Level Relationship Building & Maintenance: Organize and coordinate meetings between senior company executives and government officials, fostering mutual understanding and cooperation, and securing policy support and market resources for the company. Stakeholder Management: Identify and assess key stakeholders, including government departments, industry associations, media, and communities, establish and maintain a robust relationship network, and effectively manage potential risks and opportunities. Relationship Development & Project Execution: Be responsible for daily contacts with chambers of commerce, embassies, international exhibitions (such as CIIE), and other institutions; develop and maintain long-term relationships; plan and execute relevant PR activities and projects to enhance the company's brand image and influence. Crisis Management & Response: Develop and implement crisis management plans, effectively respond to emergencies, and protect the company's reputation and interests. 理想的求职者 Education: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in International Relations, Public Administration, Law, or related fields. Work Experience: 5-10 years of experience in public affairs, government relations, or related fields, with a preference for those with a GR background in foreign-invested enterprises. Language Skills: Fluent in English, with excellent written and oral communication skills for seamless international communication. Professional Competencies: Possess outstanding policy analysis, communication, coordination, and project management skills, able to independently handle complex issues. Networking: Have extensive networks within government, industry associations, and the corporate world, capable of quickly establishing and maintaining strong relationships.
