Establish a dynamic monitoring mechanism for overseas markets to continuously track competitive landscape, policy changes, and expert opinions, and generate strategic adjustment recommendations. 2.Product Management Take charge of formulating overseas commercial strategies and managing the full product lifecycle, including driving the output of product value propositions, pricing frameworks, brand positioning, and product messaging systems. Collaborate with the Strategic Marketing Center to build a standardized product documentation library (bilingual PPTs, FAQs, certification systems, etc.), and guide local market teams in effective utilization. Responsible for product training, certification, assessment, and continuous capability development mechanisms tailored to overseas markets. Work jointly with the Strategic Marketing Center and Clinical Research Center to respond to major public health emergencies, providing emergency budget recommendations and coordinating international resources. 3. Promotion Execution & Project Operations Develop overseas promotion plans for each product line, and collaborate with local teams to execute diverse market activities such as academic events, distributor enablement, and customer outreach. Partner with the International Medical Department to organize overseas KOL and expert engagement programs, building expert networks and brand endorsement mechanisms. Establish and manage an overseas promotion project repository, overseeing project objectives, timelines, content, and budgets throughout the entire process. Manage overseas digital marketing channels and evaluate the reach efficiency and ROI of each channel. 理想的求职者 A successful Global Marketing Head should have: Proven experience in a senior marketing role within the life science industry.
