Job Description Lead strategic account management across China for automotive clients. Drive commercial growth with a turnover target of $150M USD, contributing directly to regional revenue. Develop and execute client development plans, ensuring retention, upselling, and long-term partnership success. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across APAC to align logistics capabilities with client needs. Identify new business opportunities and lead end-to-end commercial engagement from pitch to contract. Provide regular reporting and strategic updates to regional and global leadership. Ensure compliance with commercial terms and contribute to budgeting and ROI planning. Act as a key commercial interface in China, with visibility across Singapore, Shanghai, and US-based leadership. Individual contributor role with high autonomy, reporting directly to the VP of Automotive Vertical. The Successful Applicant Commercially sharp with a proven track record in key account management, preferably in automotive logistics. Comes from a 3PL background with experience across freight forwarding, warehousing, and inland transport (not ocean-only). Mandarin-speaking, ideally with SOE experience, and capable of navigating government affairs. Strong client acquisition and retention skills, with the ability to hunt and grow new business. Open to relocation to Beijing, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment. Confident managing C-level relationships and collaborating with global teams across China, Singapore, and the US.
