Job Description

  • Support senior bankers in the execution of M&A, licensing, private placement, and other strategic advisory transactions.
  • Conduct financial modeling, valuation analysis, and industry research to support deal structuring and client presentations.
  • Prepare pitch books, transaction materials, and marketing documents for prospective and ongoing mandates.
  • Coordinate due diligence processes and liaise with clients, investors, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends and provide insights to support business development initiatives.
  • Assist in drafting term sheets and transaction documentation in collaboration with legal and compliance teams.
  • Contribute to internal projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and client service.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in healthcare sector and global investment banking
  • Licensing deal / BD & strategy experience in biotech company is a strong plus
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
