Conduct financial modeling, valuation analysis, and industry research to support deal structuring and client presentations. Prepare pitch books, transaction materials, and marketing documents for prospective and ongoing mandates. Coordinate due diligence processes and liaise with clients, investors, and other stakeholders. Monitor market trends and provide insights to support business development initiatives. Assist in drafting term sheets and transaction documentation in collaboration with legal and compliance teams.
