Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, line managers, and employees across the globe. The Successful Applicant Education: Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 10 years in HR leadership roles, with at least 5 years of experience in a global or multinational company. Global Exposure: Proven experience managing HR functions in multiple countries and regions, with a strong understanding of cultural differences and global HR practices. Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS systems, data analytics tools, and project management methodologies. Leadership and Communication: Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on results and continuous improvement. Language Skills: Fluent in English, with additional language skills preferred.
