With a diverse workforce spanning multiple continents, we are looking for a strategic and visionary Global Human Resources Director to lead our global HR function and support our company's growth and transformation objectives.

Job Description



  1. Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and execute global HR strategies that support the company's business objectives, including talent acquisition, retention, development, and performance management.


  2. Policy and Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, regional, and international employment laws, regulations, and good practices. Develop and maintain a robust global HR policy framework.


  3. Talent Management: Lead global talent identification, recruitment, onboarding, development, and succession planning processes. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.


  4. Performance Management: Design and implement a global performance management system that drives employee engagement, productivity, and alignment with company goals.


  5. Employee Relations: Manage employee relations effectively, addressing grievances, conflicts, and other HR-related issues in a fair, timely, and culturally sensitive manner.


  6. Change Management: Lead HR-related change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing disruptions to business operations.


  7. Data Analytics: Utilize HR data and analytics to drive decision-making, identify trends, and inform strategy.


  8. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, line managers, and employees across the globe.

The Successful Applicant



  1. Education: Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.


  2. Experience: Minimum of 10 years in HR leadership roles, with at least 5 years of experience in a global or multinational company.


  3. Global Exposure: Proven experience managing HR functions in multiple countries and regions, with a strong understanding of cultural differences and global HR practices.


  4. Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS systems, data analytics tools, and project management methodologies.


  5. Leadership and Communication: Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.


  6. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on results and continuous improvement.


  7. Language Skills: Fluent in English, with additional language skills preferred.
