  • Directing the global HR team.
  • Developing and implementing global HR strategies that align with business goals.
  • Overseeing talent management and succession planning on a global scale.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Facilitating the development of a high-performance culture.
  • Managing the HR budget and resources effectively.
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Driving diversity and inclusion initiatives across the organisation.

A successful Global CHRO should have:

  • A comprehensive understanding of global HR operations.
  • Proven experience in a senior HR role within the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills with hands on plant operation experience
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion.
  • Ability to manage HR resources and budgets effectively.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
  • Being able to lead, coach and develop the HR team to meet business goals
  • Willing to be based in Zhejiang plant and willing to oversea travelling
  • M&A experience will be a plus
