Job Description Set up and manage global business and organisation. Define product scope, long-term plan, execution of strategies, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with management and stakeholders. Define accurate objectives for sales, finance, R&D and manage the team. Follow up front sales proposals and negotiations of commercial transactions with the customers across the region and review contracts with internal legal and support teams. Take advantage of synergies and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders. Actively seek out new opportunities/collaborations for projects Ensure effective reporting of all activities to founder The Successful Applicant Minimum10 years previous experience within a CEO/GM/MD role with global coverage is a must-have criteria. Candidates from motorcycle or auto industry is preferred. Familiar with sales via distributors, experience managing business in Europe, US, SEA and China. Experience in setting up and managing international and cross functional teams Native mandarin speaker Strong at operational excellence and process management.
