Now we are seeking for an Office Manager to take care of overall operations stuff including office management, IT support, corporate compliance, financial related reports/issues as well as HR function in China office. We expect this role to work closely with China Country Head and Global Head of Operations - to ensure an efficiency, effectiveness and alignment with group mission. Job Description Office Operation Oversee daily office functions, including facilities management, administrative support, and vendor coordination, to foster an efficient, organised and productive workplace. Collaborate with Operation Head at Singapore Head Office to align corporate practices. Manage relationships with vendors including access cards arrangements and facilities bookings. China Country Head support - Partner with China Country Head to cultivate a high-performing team by coordinating performance management processes, enhance internal communications and drive employee engagement initiatives. Support leave management for Beijing office staffs Assist with group reporting requirements by monitoring deadlines and coordinating the preparation of reports and data for stakeholders. HR related - Facilitate recruitment process by initiating job searches, screening candidates, arranging interviews, and manage the onboarding and offboarding of staff. Collaborate with the HR team in Singapore to develop and implement effective and efficient HR policies and procedures. Legal related - Ensure adherence to local laws and regulations in China, this includes any licensing conditions, employment laws and reporting requirements. Finance related - As contact window in China, collaborate with Finance agency for China's financial operations and cashflow management including budgeting, expense tracking and staff expenses reimbursement IT related - Coordinate with IT vendors to manage equipment and access including laptops, systems, tech tools, and subscriptions. The Successful Applicant Minimum six (6) years' experience in HR, operations and/or office management. With global well-known law firm, financial services firm, business/professional consultancy background With experiences and knowledge in recruitment, Finance payment, and IT support mainly; also able to maturely bridge and collaborate with China/Global senior management team Diploma level education or higher preferred. Fluent in Chinese business language and business-level English, both spoken and written. Excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to write clearly. Understanding and interest in sustainability or environmental topics.
