At least 5 years of manufacturing accounting experience in foreign enterprises. Fluent in Japanese. Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS; hands-on experience with ERP systems and MS Office. High sense of responsibility, strong communication, and teamwork skills. Capable of handling end-to-end accounting processes independently.
