Financial Management & Risk ControlAssume full profit and loss (P&L) accountability for the company's legal entity in China.Prepare, manage, and monitor annual budgets, financial forecasts, and capital expenditure plans to meet financial objectives.Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), and take proactive actions to address deviations from targets.Identify and mitigate operational, financial, and strategic risks to ensure business continuity and maintain profitability.4. Compliance, Quality & SafetyEnsure compliance with Chinese labor laws, safety regulations, environmental standards, and corporate governance requirements.Maintain adherence to the company's global quality standards and customer-specific requirements.Foster a strong health, safety, and environmental (HSE) culture throughout the plant.5. The Successful Applicant Key Qualifications & Skills1. Industry & Leadership ExperienceMinimum 10 years of experience in the automotive supplier or OEM industry, with a track record in senior leadership roles and proven success in managing a full-scale production plant in China.2. Market Expansion & Customer WinsDemonstrated ability to open new markets, secure major OEM programs, and increase regional market share. Proficiency in building strong relationships with customers and government entities to support long-term growth.3. Operations, Industrialization & Launch ExcellenceHands-on experience guiding industrialization programs, delivering seamless new product launches, and resolving escalated customer quality issues quickly and effectively.4. Quality Systems & ComplianceIn-depth knowledge of automotive quality standards, including IATF 16949, APQP/PPAP, and readiness to support customer and third-party audits. Strong commitment to compliance, governance, and ethical decision-making.5. Financial DisciplineProven ability to manage P&L, control costs, and drive KPI-based performance improvements to achieve sustainable profitability.6. Commercial & Negotiation SkillsExcellent ability to facilitate high-level negotiations with OEMs, suppliers, and government entities while maintaining transparency and credibility.7.
