Our client is a medium-sized International company in manufacturing industry. They have multiple sites in China and is now looking an FP&A manager to oversee their business in China.
职责描述
- Build and maintain group wide forecasting and budgeting models
- Prepare all relevant monthly reports, providing insights on business performance
- As business partner, provide various variance analysis reports on historical and future data for senior management discussions
- Lead the development of the FP&A team to achieve top industry standards of analysis
- Implement and improve cost accounting systems and processes, including manufacturing variance analysis
理想的求职者
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field, master or MBA is a plus
- 10years+ working experience in a manufacturing industry is a must, especially in costing and FP&A field
- Fluent in both oral and written Chinese and English
- Organised and analytical mindset
