Job Description Oversee and manage accounting processes to ensure compliance with local and international standards. Lead financial reporting activities, providing accurate and timely information to key stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting activities. Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and financial data. Support audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure smooth processes. Identify and drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making at senior levels. Mentor and develop junior team members to build a high-performing accounting team. The Successful Applicant Education: Bachelor's degree (B.A. /B.S.) or equivalent in Accounting. Experience: 15+ years related experience and/or training in Accounting, finance management. Project work and cost accounting experience required. Familiar with Chinese accounting rules, local tax laws and US GAAP. Work experience in accounting in Life Science industry, & with foreign invested enterprises, is preferred. Prior work experience with Big Four Accounting Firms is preferred. Certification: ACCA or CPA certification a plus. Other: Fluent English communicative skills and excellent spreadsheet skills required. Strong technical accounting and project management background.
