Finance Reporting Manager - Manufacturing MNC

Provide financial control management support to Head Controlling Zone China.

Lead financial planning and budgeting process and lead periodic reviews and updates of financial plan for Zone China.

Work closely with Finance SSC and other BU finance colleagues to develop standardized Zone China financial reports.

Supervise and analyze actual performance to budget for zone China organizations; recommend and implement corrective actions based on variance analysis results.

Conduct studies of competitors' financial data and provide analysis report to management team

Partner with business heads in forecasting the future results of the business.

Provide technical expertise and advice on financial issues to business heads to help them develop revenue and expense budgets, understand financial reports, and manage their financial responsibilities.

Analyze the financial implications of potential investment or other transactions so that management can choose the right alternative and in line with the organization's business objectives.

Deal with various data analysis include but not limited to revenues, expenses, prices, investment, taxes, profits, labor market, inflation, exchange rates, etc.

Financial control management of business unit's revenues, profitability, and productivity.

Validate financial information of the business sales/quotation tools.
