Our client is a foreign-funded company with very stable business, this role is for their new seting up plant in suzhou.

职责描述

1. Support the new plant set-up with other management team.

2. Oversee and manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting.

3. Lead and develop a high-performing financial team to ensure accurate and timely financial data.

4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals are aligned with the company's strategic objectives.

5. Provide ongoing financial support and guidance to the factory's operational teams

理想的求职者

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

2. Solid foundation in financial principles and practices.

3. At least 8 years of comprehensive financial management experience in a foreign-funded manufacturing company.

4. Experience in supporting new factory construction or establishing financial systems from the ground up is preferred.

5. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
