1. Lead the annual budgeting process, including the preparation of detailed financial forecasts and long-term financial plans.

2. Prepare and present monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports to the executive team, highlighting key performance indicators and financial metrics.

3. Monitor and control operating expenses, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints and financial goals.

4. Analyze budget vs. actual performance, identify root causes of variances, and recommend corrective actions.

5. Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Provide actionable insights to senior management.

6. Collaborate with various departments to support strategic initiatives, including new product launches, market expansion, and cost optimization projects.

7. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Finance and Accounting Department.

8. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

理想的求职者

1. Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, business administration or related disciplines with certification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting or finance, with a focus on financial management, budgeting and financial analysis; managerial experience preferred.

3. Good financial knowledge and familiar with financial processes.

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

5. Detailed-minded, accurate, independent, and strong organizational skills.

6. Strong influential skills with expertise in stakeholder management.

7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Chinese
