After a period of integration and training, transition into a senior finance leadership role within a portfolio company, assuming full responsibility for its financial strategy and operations. Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve financial efficiency, transparency, and scalability within the healthcare sector. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, offering insights on market trends, regulatory changes, and financial practices. The Successful Applicant Proven experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry, with strong exposure to commercial business partnering (BP). Solid understanding of financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making within complex organisational structures. Prior experience in biotech is highly desirable and considered a strong advantage. Demonstrated ability to manage complex financial matters and deliver solutions under pressure. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels. Strong analytical mindset, detail-oriented, and capable of driving strategic initiatives. Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA are preferred but not mandatory. Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
