The role will mainly responsible for AP but may also has potential to cover some GL.You will directly report to China FM, who has nearly 20 years finance experience from foreign firms.

Job Description

  • Keep management book and local statutory book into SNAP and local accounting system.
  • Cashflow forecast.
  • Bank reconciliation.
  • VAT and CIT reconciliation and filing.
  • CIT annual return.
  • VAT exemption recordal.
  • Prepare Contract recordal/ Payment recordal/File withholding VAT and CIT for settlement of overseas payments.
  • Investigate imbalance on inter office matrix and reconcile with inter offices.
  • Maintain fix assets registration and depreciation.
  • Support local statutory book audit.
  • Prepare local to group reconciliation.
  • Prepare financial reports required by local statistics bureau and MOJ.
  • Assist on prepare TP Document for local filing.
  • Assist on renewal of office license in MOJ.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g. SAP, Yongyou)
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and accounting software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
