About Our Client Client is a global well-known life science company. Job Description 1. Make annual budget plan for EHS & Facility department and follow up for new investment project for continuous improvement projects.2. Manage environmental, EHS activities to ensure compliance with external EHS regulations, standards, and internal EHS policies and management systems.3. Monitor and evaluate the overall EHS performance of the site, identifying recurring issues. Study, evaluate, and recommend improvements in technology, equipment, systems, or processes to improve the EHS level of the site.4. Lead facility team for overall site utility maintenance including HVAC, energy system, water system, electricity system, compressor etc.5. Lead, guide, and evaluate EHS professionals to ensure effective implementation of the EHS strategy within the budgeted amount, while complying with all relevant laws and regulations. 6. Guide, motivate, and develop team members. The Successful Applicant 1. Bachelor's degree above or equivalent education background, major in mechanical, automation or environment etc.2. 10+ years working experience in equipment ,facility management, EHS management with minimum 5 years in team management position.3. GMP knowledge is necessary. Background with pharmaceutical or FMCG (food & beverage or personal care) will be a plus.4. Good language skill, both in Chinese and English, solid computer skill to satisfy working requirement.5. Strong communication, negotiation, organization and coordination ability6.
