Associate Consultant to Sr. Consultant
- Identifying and developing client/business relationships in a competitive environment
- Attracting candidates and maintaining a candidate database on the basis of request
- Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client or assignment
- Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client
- Managing the recruitment process through interview to offer stage
Associate Manager to Associate Director
- All above
- Recruit; train and develop team members
- managing all aspects of the P&L of the team he/she leads
- Actively involve in marketing and PR of his/her team's business patch
- Strategically planning of business patch and people development
