About Our Client

Our client is a famous financial services institution.

Job Description

Oversee guest-related events, including coordination with external catering providers.

Serve as the primary contact for VIP guests, resolving issues promptly and supporting their assistants and protocol teams.

Provide exceptional front-office and concierge services to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Collaborate with personal assistants to develop customized agendas for VIP visits.

Manage the chauffeur service, ensuring vehicles are well-maintained and available, and supervise the chauffeur team.

Handle logistics and special requests for events with precision and professionalism.

Maintain detailed preference profiles for all guests to personalize their experience.

Ensure the Receptionist is informed of all visitors and that guest protocol is consistently followed.

Keep operational procedures and manuals up to date and aligned with principals.

Analyze guest feedback and implement improvement plans, sharing insights with the broader team to foster continuous enhancement.

Coordinate with other VIP support staff to ensure consistent and high-quality service.

Ensure VIP-designated office spaces are clean, stocked, and fully functional.

Organize logistics for guest visits, including bookings, meeting room scheduling, and work-space allocation.

Arrange local travel for VIP guests within Beijing, ensuring comfort and efficiency.

Conduct office tours for visiting guests to familiarize them with the environment.

The Successful Applicant

Proven experience in a guest-facing or client services role within a professional environment.

Strong organisational and multitasking skills to manage various responsibilities effectively.

Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, in a professional setting.

Attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Familiarity with the financial services sector is advantageous.
