Job Description Meeting Coordination-Assist the DCM in scheduling and arranging meetings with government and nongovernment officials, stakeholders, and other relevant parties.-Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and briefings in advance of meetings.-Ensure all logistical aspects of meetings are handled, including venue arrangements, audiovisual support, and travel coordination.Strategic Planning and Follow-Up-Collaborate with the DCM to formulate and implement strategic initiatives that align with theembassy's goals.-Track the progress of ongoing projects and follow up with relevant teams to ensure timelycompletion of tasks.-Assist in the evaluation of strategic outcomes and make recommendations for futureinitiatives.Reporting and Documentation-Generate regular reports on key activities, meetings, and outcomes to inform the DCM andother stakeholders.-Maintain comprehensive records of meetings, communications, and strategic plans.-Prepare presentations and briefing materials for the DCM to share with senior leadership and external partners.Administrative Support-Provide general administrative support to the DCM, including managing correspondence,scheduling appointments and organizing files.-Assist in preparing budget proposals and managing expenses related to DCM's activities.-Act as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, ensuring timely and professionalresponses. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in international relations, Political Science, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a diplomatic, governmental, or international organization.Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize taskseffectively.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with projectmanagement tools.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
