Responsibilities：
A. Leadership to Technical & Engineering team
1. Daily management of China technical team, composed of project managers and expert engineers in each plants.
2. Conduct annual reviews, set and evaluate KPIs, propose trainings & assignments for all team members depending on workload and projects priorities
3. Lead the communication between the HQ in France and the local team to ensure the global consistency for all the technical aspects of the projects.
4. Develop internal project procedures & documents and technical standards, ensure that they are used by all team members

B. Define investment strategy & budget
1. Define the industrial strategy for production capacity development to meet company strategy, in coordination with Sales, R&D, Production team and China GM.
2. Collect investments needs from all stakeholders, prepare and submit yearly investment budget to HQ
3. Follow up the execution of all investment projects in respect of budget, is responsible for overall Capex budget & each individual project budget, reports on monthly basis to China finance team & quarterly to HQ
4. Approve all contracts and payments related to Capex projects.

C. Lead all CAPEX projects
1. Investments projects ranges from minor improvement for safety or legal compliance up to new production lines and/or whole factory/workshop construction.
2. A key strategic project in coming years is the relocation project of an existing factory into newly built location.
3. Get hands-on involvement in all projects, support project managers in every stage, from project definition, technical specifications redaction, design & functional descriptions, suppliers research and evaluation, orders, construction/installation coordination, testing and commissioning until final handover to production team.

D. Technical support to factories and operations
1. Provide expert advice in finding technical solutions & problem solving for any issues linked to production lines or equipment.
2. Study the technical feasibility for new product development in collaboration with R&D and marketing teams.
3. Design and manage the technical survey for new product development, new equipment and new packaging.
4. Work with the factory's directors on production performance improvement and efficiency.
5. Responsible for new packaging development in collaboration with the procurement team.

E. Insight Contribution to company management
1. This role is a member of China Management team, participate in Monthly Management Meetings
2. Lead new construction project and building renovation and improvement project.
3. Manage the new production line and new utilities equipment project.
4. Work with finance team for industrial investment budget construction and management.
5. Ensure legal and customer compliances with GM, Vice-GM and QA team.
6. Work closely with experts of France HQ to consolidate the technical advises and practices.
7. Define and manage planning and budget of project.
8. Lead and animate the technical team on several operation sites.
