Job Description

  • Develop and execute shopper-centric campaigns across platforms such as Tmall, JD, Pinduoduo, Douyin, and emerging digital channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital campaigns with business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyse market trends to identify opportunities for online expansion.
  • Analyze shopper journey data including click-through rates, bounce rates, add-to-cart behavior, and conversion funnels.
  • Segment audiences based on behavioral and demographic data to inform personalized marketing strategies.
  • Monitor product reviews, ratings, and Q&A to identify barriers and opportunities for conversion.
  • Optimise online product listings and promotional activities to enhance customer engagement.
  • Develop and manage relationships with key e-commerce platforms and partners.
  • Track and report on campaign performance using relevant metrics and analytics tools.
  • Oversee budget allocation for e-commerce marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Ecommerce Trade Marketing Lead should have:

  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce marketing, digital trade marketing, or shopper marketing, preferably in FMCG or consumer brands.
  • Strong understanding of major e-commerce platforms and their operational models.
  • Proficient in data tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and communication skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business strategies.
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration with sales, supply chain, content, and platform teams.
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
